Explorio is an AI-guided audio tour app for iOS and Android. It uses your location and your questions to deliver self-guided tours of cities, museums, trails, and road trips. By using Explorio, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Explorio on your devices for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.
Explorio will be offered as a paid app or subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google — their payment terms and refund policies apply. We never receive or store your payment information.
Pricing and subscription terms will be published when the app launches. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or commitment to purchase.
Explorio's tours are generated using AI and historical/contextual data. While we work hard to ensure the information is accurate and interesting, we cannot guarantee that every detail is current or complete. Don't rely on Explorio for emergency navigation, safety-critical decisions, or time-sensitive information.

Use Explorio safely. Pay attention to where you're walking. Don't use the app in a way that puts you or others at risk. We're here to enhance your exploration, not to replace common sense.
You may not use Explorio to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal content. Attempting to manipulate or misuse the AI is prohibited.
All content in Explorio — tour scripts, AI-generated narration, the app itself, the Explorio name and design — belongs to Forza Ranch Labs LLC. Your questions and conversations are yours; we don't claim ownership over them.
Explorio is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the app's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We'll do our best to keep things running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forza Ranch Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Explorio. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify you. Continuing to use Explorio after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
