Privacy Policy
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address — that's it. We use it to notify you when Explorio launches and for nothing else.
When you use the app, Explorio uses your device's GPS to know where you are so it can deliver relevant tour content. Your location data is used only to power the tour in real time and is not stored on our servers beyond what's needed to serve the current session.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., which features are used most often) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you.
We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described below.
We don't store your conversations with Explorio on our servers after they are used to generate a response. Your curiosity is yours.
Explorio uses AI infrastructure to power its conversational audio tours. Audio and text may be processed by third-party AI providers under strict data processing agreements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
Payment processing (when the app launches) will be handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment details.
Waitlist emails are held until Explorio launches or until you ask us to remove you. To be removed from the waitlist at any time, email privacy@explorio.io and we'll delete your record within 7 days.
Explorio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@explorio.io.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify waitlist members by email. Continuing to use Explorio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
